In 1999, HIMA FILM COMPANY provided services to the American FOX Network in their live broadcast “Opening the Lost Tombs: Live From Egypt”. HIMA FILM COMPANY furnished a 40 man lighting team and lighting equipment to illuminate the Giza Plateau. The services were coordinated with Design Partners, Inc., lighting designers from Los Angeles. Its high audience rating proved the success of the show. "Opening The Lost Tombs: Live From Egypt" was nominated for a 1999 Emmy in the category of "Lighting Direction (Electronic) for a Drama Series, Variety Series, Mini-Series, Movie, or Special".
